Browsing this website

nived.biz doesn't use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. There are no forms on this site — "Talk to us" and "Request a quote" links just open your own email client. We don't know who you are unless you email us.

Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type, timestamp) for a short time, for security and troubleshooting. These logs aren't used for tracking or analytics and aren't shared with anyone.

Downloading the software

The Download button redirects you to file storage to fetch the installer. No personal information is collected as part of that download.

Licensed use of EDI Template Studio

Once installed, EDI Template Studio periodically contacts this server to confirm your license is active and to check for updates. That check sends the license key, the business name on file for that key, a machine identifier, and the app version — nothing about your data, employees, or files. This is standard software licensing information tied to the business that purchased the license, not personal data collected from you as an individual.

Separately, the benefits data you process with EDI Template Studio never leaves your own machine except through the file delivery (e.g. SFTP) you configure yourself. Nived Solutions LLC never sees that data.
